Biography I am a Family Nurse Practitioner, working in primary care in the state of South Carolina. I earned my BSN in nursing in 2001 from the Catholic University of America, Washington D.C. and worked in acute care setting as an RN. Soon after, I decided to pursue a masters at the University of Maryland in Baltimore where I graduated in 2005 and became nationally certified. Over the years of practice, I have continuously observed that patients stress level (past and present) strongly influence their health both physically and mentally. Because of this, my passion has been focused on stress management.
